The New Jersey Supreme Court's recent decision in State v. Miles has dramatically changed the law of double jeopardy. The changes to the law are particularly important in the field of DWI and traffic defense. This 2 credit substantive CLE will bring you up to date on the law and provide you with a framework to litigate double jeopardy claims in the future.
