The supreme court adopted a set of significant changes to the court rules in December 2012. But unlike in years past, these changes are effective almost immediately (Jan 1, 2013). This CLE program examines these new criminal & municipal court rules, and also looks more broadly at speedy case disposition and the shift of all NJ courts into a fully-digital world.
