2.5 CLE Credits (Ethics)

With the recent publication of In re Helmer, ___ N.J. ___, the issues of ethical challenges facing prosecutors and defense attorneys in modern criminal practice has been placed squarely in the spotlight by the Supreme Court.

This 2.5 ethics credit CLE will examine the numerous issues raised in the Helmer decision and discuss them in the context of the existing published criminal practice case law and the relevant R.P.C.’s. Instruction will be provided by Garden State CLE senior instructor Robert Ramsey, author of New Jersey Attorney Discipline (Thomson-Reuters).
