$99.95

Course: Unfairly Rejected! Appealing a Denial of a Gun Permit
Date: Thursday, April 30, 2026

Time: 12:00 p.m. eastern time
Credits: minimum 1.5 live CLE credits (substantive)

Faculty: Robert Ramsey, Ed.D., Author – N.J. Criminal Practice & Procedure (Thomson-Reuters)

Description: Despite the latest U.S. Supreme Court 2nd Amendment constitutional guarantees, police agencies in New Jersey still maintain enormous authority to prevent your clients from obtaining a firearms’ identification card or a permit to purchase a handgun.

Often these decisions can be considered by your clients as frustrating, unfair, arbitrary, capricious, based upon prejudice or simply factually incorrect. Your clients need your help to vindicate their right to keep and bear arms.

This minimum 1.5 credit CLE will provide you with all the case law, statutes, regulations and tactical advocacy you need to zealously argue the appeal of a gun permit denial before a judge of the Superior Court.

Our Lunchtime Learning courses count as live instruction. Your camera must be on the entire presentation.

There are a limited number of slots available to attend this live zoom. This sign-up page will be taken down at 4:00 p.m. eastern the day before the event OR when the session is full, whichever occurs first.

Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation via a receipt. At approximately 9:00 a.m. on the day of the seminar, you will receive an email from us containing all relevant info for the course. This email will include the Zoom link, the lesson plan, and the instructions for getting CLE credit. Registration for this event is available at the sale price only if you sign up early – the discount will only be available in the first days the event is on sale.
